Achievements not unlocking or syncing for Goat Simulator and Jetpack Joyride.

I have a problem with my achievements syncing on two games. Goat Simulator for Xbox one - only one achievement hasn't updated. The achievement is Try Hard (Find all 30 trophies in Goatsville). I have met the requirements but the achievment is still under
"locked" in the Achievement app. I am waiting 24 hours hoping that it will update on its own.

Jetpack Joyride is the other game. It is on my surface 2 RT. - I 100% the game. After doing all this I signed into xbox live. None of the progress synced to my account and it says I have 0% progress. This happened back in October, so waiting isn't the problem.

A customer support worker took a reference number and directed me to this page where a moderator could help me and put the achievements on my account.

(All this is especially annoying since I recently sprained my ankle and can't do much else than play Xbox.)

Help Please.

Goat simulator's new dlc "waste of space" achievements are not live yet for 360

This is the dlc for X1 version they have the achievements for it but for the 360 version they don't because they can't track it cause the achievements are not live yet

Goat Simulator: Waste of Space achievements unlocking, but not counted on gamerscore.

I unlocked all 12 achivements for Goat Simulator: Waste of Space. When I check the achievements in the Xbox 360 Dashboard and click on Goat Simulator, it is showing as being 100% unlocked. However, my Gamerscore only reflects 73 out of 85 achievements
for the game. Somehow the 12 newest achivements were unlocked, but not counted.

Will they have to be earned again, or can I recover Xbox profile or something? Any input would be appreciated!

Try unplugging your Xbox One completely, i.e hdmi, power cord, internet cable etc. wait a couple of minutes, turn it back on (with everything plugged back into it) and see if it will sync. That's the only thing I can think of, and they only thing the staff
recommends for me to do when stuff like that happens.

I have the exact same problem with the same error code, but then with the game Goat Simulator. Some achievements synced correctly and suddenly my collectible achievement didn't unlock. Going to the Achievements App gives the error 0x87c40011

Weird that earning other achievements in the same game didn't pop it. that did it for me with Jetpack Joyride.

I can only suggest uninstalling and reinstalling, this should clear that achievement and let you re-earn it.
