    Achievements not unlocking or showing completed on Xbox one or Website


    I have been playing Fallout 4 without any mods and for over 2 weeks no achievements have been unlocked. For Example I have 26 magazines and have read each of them at least 5 different times trying to get the achievement but still nothing. Also on Vault
    88 the Better Living Underground, I have activated all 3 build areas and used them and still no achievement. I have checked on the website and on the console, both match, restarted the Xbox each day I use it. What do I need to do?

    "Media Baron" unlock in Quantum Break

    If you've completed the requirements for the achievement and it isn't unlocking you can try viewing the achievement on the Xbox website or Windows 10 App, or possibly even the mobile app. Supposedly that might force it to unlock. But I'm not 100%.

    Level 22 Achievement Issue

    I have finished and completed "Level 22" and there are 2 achievements that have not unlocked (YES I HAVE COMPLETED THE REQUIREMENTS)

    They are showing as 100%, but not unlocking

    My achievements won't unlock all of a sudden.

    So I just beat the ACIV Black Flag Freedom Cry DLC and the secret achievement for completing all missions did not unlock when it shows 100% complete. the 100% synchronicity achievement unlocked. So that achievement is either now glitched or xbox still has

    I'm having the same issue, except with the "It's a trap" achievement on Titanfall for XBox One. I've completed it multiple times and it shows as completed but it won't unlock. I haven't had issues with other achievements not unlocking, just this one. I've
    tried hard resetting my console, unplugging it for a few minutes, recovering my gamertag on another console and meeting the achievement requirements again and the achievement still won't unlock. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
