Achievements not unlocking issues 7/31/18

Just starting today 7/31/2018 at around 12PM EST, I was meeting requirements for achievements but nothing was popping, still remained locked in the menu, and nothing was added to my gamerscore. This specifically started with Mega Man X7 on the X Legacy Collection
Vol. 2. In the game menu it shows I unlocked medals for the same requirement of the achievements (3 total I am owed) so I obviously accomplished the feats. Every other achievement has unlocked for other games in Vol. 2 so I presume this is an Xbox/Microsoft server
issue. I turned off the game, restarted, signed out, etc. Nothing is working. I gave it a break and an hour or so later tried playing a different game, **** Android Cactus, and met requirements for 2 achievements, but nothing popped. However, this time, the
achievements showed as unlocked in the menu, which is good, BUT nothing was added to my gamerscore. I restart the Xbox again, and go back to check. Now the achievements for Cactus are showing as locked, but show 100% completion. Definitely an issue on Microsoft's
end. This has been an issue in the past with other games, The Witcher for my brother, and Gears of War.. 3 I think it was for me years ago. All support tells us is exactly what I already tried, and if not, try to unlock it again in 72 hours. Unlock it again?
some achievements. shocker, are not easy to unlock even once, let alone to do it a second time. No, there needs to be a better solution for this, this is a total of 5 achievements just today that I am owed, I can't even speak for how many others players that
are having the same issue lost. Get on your game guys.

Achievement Counters Not Working

I'm having issues with achievements unlocking. I have 8 gold medals for the daily challenges but the achievement says I only have 7/8. Additionally, the counters for the achievements are not updating

I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.
