Achievements not unlocking for Windows 10

So i've been going for all the achievements in Forza Horizon 4 on my Xbox and only just started playing on the PC version and i've noticed none of the achievements were unlocking. i went back to my xbox to see if i had recieved them on there and i havent.
I tried checking if my Connected User Experience and Telemery was on and it is. Are my achievements bugged out so i can never receive them?

Try uninstall the game and then restart your PC. After this reinstall the game.
