Achievements not unlocking for months on multiple games!!!!!!!!

i was told from Xbox support to post a thread since they don't have a support office for achievements. So I am asking help on how to get my achievements unlocked for multiple games that wasn't unlocking for months! Please I need all help! I am afraid and
don't know if I should keep playing video games and not receive achievements and wait for if they ever do a big update and pray that I will receive them all? Or should I wait and not risk playing my games because I don't want to go back and redo all my achievements?
Please this is outrageous for Xbox not seeing how big this problem is, it's no fair for gamers that have to go back and unlovk achievements again that is stupid and cost time to do that! They need to fix this problem seriously because I am so upset with Xbox
and the support they gave me!

Jet Setter Achievement not unlocking

It appears that the Jet Setter achievement is glitched and not unlocking anymore. This is the achievement for using 200 powerups across multiple Bingo games. I have used more than 200 and it is not unlocking and I hear this from several different friends.
Can I get an update on this, please?

I am currently playing tomb raider definitive on the xbox one,I'm around 4 hours in and only just noticed NO achievements have unlocked,it just shows progress 0%., I have checked and at least 2-3 should unlocked.

I've had to stop playing the game.

 

I have the exact same issue. I can't unlock any achievements on Xbox One games. However I can unlock achievements on Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.

 

I am having the exact same problems on all my games. I have spoken to Xbox about this and they don't want to help. 4 different people have told me to do the same trouble shooting steps. It's a joke

 

Same problem the past 4 weeks, Contacted xbox support 4 time's still not fixed, Console Breaking Problem for me buying a gaming pc

Sticky Post and fill out the Survey after making sure all the steps in the post are followed.

 

Done all troubleshooting steps

Hard Reset on console

Soft Reset in settings

Clearing Mac Address

Deleting account from xbox one console and reinstalling

Rebooted internet and even disconnected console from internet and reset it.

My XboxOne account is locked(I can unlock achievements on Xbox360/Pc). It's a Microsoft problem
