Achievements not unlocking at all. Fix?

Hi! My achievements won't unlock at all. I have about 700G in total that I should have unlocked but it hasn't yet. I met the requirements to unlock the achievements about 2 weeks ago and they still haven't unlocked yet. I was connected to Xbox Live at the
time and I've tried all the steps on xbox.com but none of them are working. The achievements are displayed as Locked, not Done! Unlocking,,, on my Xbox one. And the achievements are still locked on Xbox.com as well. I tried contacting Xbox Support but they
didn't help very much. Any idea on how to fix this?

Im not unlocking any achievements AT ALL

Okay so a few days ago while visting, me and my boyfriend bought Division and were playing on two different TV's in the same room, when i realized he was getting achievements for doing the same things i was completing. I figured at first it was just the
game and figured it would fix itself by the time was home. Once i got back i was playing Minecraft for a day or so and i realized i wasnt getting achievements for things i know i did as well. For instance, I was in survival mode and made a wooden sword (something
easy) and i went and checked the achievements page and it was still locked like I never had done it. I then went back to try and see if Division was having the same problem, which it was. I was trying to unlock achievement for closing a door while in cover
(also extremely easy) Nothing was popping up so i tried signing out of everything and turning off the Xbox for awhile. Ive made sure multiple times that all my notfications are on, and ive taken all other profiles off of the Xbox except mine. The Xbox One
i have used to belong to him and had profile on it for awhile so i figured it would work after I took his profile off but again, nothing was working. Ive also checked online to see if it would at least be up there but theres nothing. Its extremely irratating
that i was putting all this effort into these games for nothing. Why did i just buy a $60 game if i cant even unlock anything?!?!

Also ive been playing a few other games in between thoss two and havent gotten anything for those either so its not an issue with the games themselves

Help would be greatly appreciated!!!! i wanna fully enjoy my games again

If they don't work try a factory reset.

If that still doesn't work you need to fill out the survey in section 3 of the page I linked.
