Achievements not unlocking and game progress staying at 0% (Please Respond)

Hey there, I've contacted Xbox support many times to solve this unusual issue of Achievements not unlocking., and game progress staying at 0%. Firstly, i've done alot of research on this issue and i've tried many things to fix it but with no luck. I've submitted
a survey for this issue as told to by a support member, but i want to make sure that this issue is at the very least being addressed.

Next, to help add information to this issue, the achievements that aren't unlocking on many different games, are affecting all of my other Xbox Live accounts which is incredibly strange. After telling 2 support members about the issue they agreed this was
the best place to help me fix my unusual issue.

Xbox Video Achievement, from 42% Progress to 7%?

Im having same problem with the progress of my achievements all back to 0% plus achievements not unlocking

 

Achievement not unlocking

Hi, I have a problem unlocking an achievement in Forza Motorsport 6 - Forest Fire PORSCHE DLC. It is not hard to get or so, it just doesnt want to unlock. it stands at 0% locked and cant unlock it. Ive had achievements standing at Done unlocking...
for months and they unlocked eventually, but this just keep staying an 0%... And when I try obtaining it on a dummy account it pops instantly....

Anyone any help?

 

I have the exact same issue Will, Contacted support and they sent me here, tried all of the troubleshooting methods and nothing worked.

Seems like a few people have had issues with achievements in the last week or so, and not linked to a specific game, can i just ask, when you are on your xbox one dashboard, does it say sign in on the top left but show you are signed in on the side panel?

Thanks for a reply, good to know someone else as the same issue. However it does show that my account is signed in on the top left as of now, but if i experience this issue, ill be sure to let you know. Anything we can find thats similar could be used to
solve this issue, since support aren't doing very much at all

 

yeah it seems like they may only do something if enough people have an issue, shame really. I am currently in the process of downloading my profile onto my gf's xbox, to see how that works. One more question, what was the last achievement you unlocked? the
one that actually unlocked before this fiasco?

The last achievement i unlocked was on April 4th as far as im aware. On BlackOps3. I've had nothing unlocked since, and any new game i play just stays at 0% completion,

Okay cool, i was just asking because my last was on Red Dead on the 360, was just seeing if this had anything to do with it, good to know it doesn't, i'll let you know if i find out anything Will.

Hey Will i've made a slight development, i have transferred my profile across to another xbox one and tried to get an achievement, which worked, but it still didn't give me the ones i have done, only one i retried, so it seems the problem is linked to the
xbox, not the gamertag, it could be a problem with the xbox syncing to the achievement server, I don't know if the support team know this.

Thats incredibly useful Chris, ill get my mate to download my account and check for me, to see if i get an achievement or not. Even if this is a temporary fix at least its something, and i think we should definitely let the support team know this. Nice one.

Hey will seem to have found a breakthrough, i had to reset my xbox (keeping games and apps), re-downloaded my profile went on black and got an achievement, I had to refill the criteria but it seems to have worked, was pretty nice to hear the ping sound aha,
hope it works for you man, let me know and we may have solved this

 

Thats amazing! So just to check Chris, did you restart your Xbox before you re-downloaded your profile, or the other way around. Nice one on getting yours back, hopefully it will do the same for mine =)
