Achievements not unlocking again

Hi all i got a problem with achievements not unlocking now 1 in nero say complet unlocking but hasnt 1 in game of thrones ep 4 for playing chapter1 didnt unlock when it was suppossed to. Now ive already tried power cycling console for a minute , delete
my profile redown load etc all that all to no avail and its been over 3 days to a week since they were meant to pop since posting this still to no avail i was wondering if please a MS Mod or someone could help me out and put an order in for me for them to
be unlocked any help with this would be apprecieted again thank you

Problem with achievements count (WP8)

Refreshing, unlocking, reinstalling game and unlocking achievement again.

Bad bug in Story mode

If the achievement is not unlocking then recover your gamertag and play again.

Sorry you're having problems with achievements. if you go online does it show the achievement there? As you've done all the console troubleshooting, I would suggest clicking the link below to do the MS survey. After they review all the info they'll
send you an email response to the email listed on your account.

when i go online no its not their both not showing however bargain in nero is saying in the achievement app complete unlocking but hasnt been over a week now tried troubleshooting methods and completing chapter 1 in epsode 4 of game of thrones did not unlock
either

i did do that survey method to earlier how long before i can expect some response?

Hi x VeNoMz x V3,

I would wait a week or two. It doesn't say an ETA on hearing a response, and I'm sure they're a bit backed up.

just thought id post back and say iv still not had no email response from that survey i have however managed to get one achievement to pop still awating the one in game of throne to pop though again i filled out the survey at the same time as doing the
other one (did two surveys) and still have had no response

Microsoft is not able to 'unlocked' the achievements for you. Now that achievements unlocking is working for you, try earning the achievement in question again.
