Achievements Not Unlocking - AC:Brotherhood

Hi all,

So I have recently been playing Assassins Creed Brotherhood, and there were a few achievements that haven't unlocked despite the requirements being met. I have since unlocked some achievements that worked fine, so seems to be just these few. Normally I wouldn't
mind, but they are for completing the DLC and all of Subject 16s puzzles. Not something that can be done in less than 30 hours if I was to start again, so I would really want to make sure theres no way to unlock it.

I contacted Ubisoft and they said its a Microsoft issue, so to contact them.

I was playing on Xbox360, on the original disk. The achievements I am missing are GPS - Complete the Da Vinci Disappearance and .. .- -- .- .-.. .. ...- . which is for solving all of Subject 16s puzzles.

Anyone have any idea how I can get this fixed, because I dont want to play the entire game again just for these two achievements which would take a long time.

I have since unlocked the achievement for Capture The Flag - Collect all Borgia Flags in Rome so its not all achievements, just seems to be these two?

Would appreciate any help or if theres a more specific place I need to contact to see how I can get this fixed please?
