    Achievements not unlocked


    A couple of days ago I unlocked a new achievement on the XBox 360 version of SplitSecond. While the achievement is showing as unlocked in my achievements list for the game, neither the progress or gamerscore reflect that.

    Gamerscore is the same that ended january. Since that, I've unlocked several achivements on this game and also Final Fanstasy XV.

    I waited a bit to see if the problem would resolve itself. Nothing happened so I called for help. They had me to remove and install again my profile, do a long reset on the console and finale sent me back here on the forums because they didn't find anything
    helpful.

    What are the necessary steps to fix this problem?

    PS: achievements are shown in xbox.com and in the game itself, but gamerscore keeps the same than days ago

    Hello,

    my suggestion is to follow the advice of chat support and contact EA for only the game publisher can assist you at this point

    Achievements unlocked but ... not unlocked?

    I got problem with my account. I started latest battlefield 4 DLC and achievements on my console are unlocked (not all yet but its not important) but xbox.com and other websites tracking achievements wont see those achievements. My console says i got 58/62
    battlefield achievements but when i check list of achievements i got only 2 achievements undone. Thats not all. Those 2 achievements missing on website are for 40 gamescore but difference between gamerscore on my console and xbox.com is 70 gamerscore. What
    can i do to get it fixed ? I was contacting with chat support but they were saying i should contact game developer. Its sounds funny because its 100% microsoft services issue. HelP!

    100% achievement completion

    To fill in some "blanks". Actually, every Achievement Unlocked has a few methods of the order it appears. If you Unlock an Achievement and view it from your own Profile it will simply show in the order the Achievements were Unlocked.

    If you Compare Games with someone else (Friend or not doesn't matter), it will show both the combination of your Achievements and their Achievements but in the order they Unlocked the Achievement/s.

    If the other Player has Achievements Unlocked that you do not, it will show in the order they Unlocked the Achievement/s with yours showing Locked directly across. If you have Achievement/s Unlocked that they do not it will be at the bottom of the Compare Games
    in order of which the Achievement/s were Unlocked from your Profile.

    I try to unlock achievements but the main rule... If unlock the achievement it's not fun, don't unlocked.

    I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

    The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

    Hey there, BKLortz! To clarify what is going on, are these achievements listed as "Done! Unlocking..." or are they simply not unlocking for you?

    We are aware of achievements taking longer than normal to fully unlock. If your achievements simply say that they are unlocking, the only thing you can do is wait for them to fully unlock.

    As of right now, the only achievements not unlocked on your account that I can see are Firestarter and 4 Baba Yaga achievements. Are there others that you are missing?
