Achievements not unlocked for Borderlands

I initially had an issue with my progress in Borderlands (through Backward Compatibility) on Xbox One. I had progressed about 70% into the game when I noticed that although in the game, the achievements were showing as unlocked (I got the pops and can see
them in the list), when I checked on the Xbox One side, my gamerscore was still showingas the old outdated one and no achievements were recognised.

As you can see in the image above, I unlocked at least 17 achievements, although I remember I had 25 unlocked.

After contacting Xbox support through Live Chat, we were able to determine that the cause of the issue was that due to Two Step Verification, the App password was not properly passed to the Xbox 360 Emulator, which made my account not sign in. Upon recommendation
from the support staff, I signed back in and downloaded my profile. To my horror, all the achievements were now gone.

When I loaded my savegame, it popped 14 different achievements, but in the process, I lost 11 achievements that I had previously earned as I now only have 14 achievements out of the original 25.

Is there any way to get those achievements back?

Have you already tried consulting with the publisher/Developers? If not, please give that a go! Also, try to see if you can unlock one of the easier achievements again to see if that fixes the problem as well. You may also want to try temporarily turning
off TSV by going to Security & Privacy>More security settings>Two-step Verification after going to
