Achievements not triggering

I have recently purchased an Xbox one and have downloaded my Gamertag from my 360 on to it.

The profile seemed to have downloaded okay as all of my settings and achievements carried over.

However I have since noticed that I cannot earn new achievements.

Having spent over an hour on the telephone and live chat with Microsoft I have been advised there is nothing they can do and that I should reach out to the community forums for a fix...

... so here I am!

Has anyone experienced this? Are there any known fixes?

I have tried re-downloading my profile to my Xbox one and have tried changing the passwords and am now out of ideas.

You Compete Me Tiers 2 and 3 not triggering

So I bought the Battlefield Bundle and Halo 5. I waited for the first tier to trigger, and then unlocked 6 achievements on Battlefield 4 at least 7-10 days ago. Why are the achievements not triggering for the offer? Was the bundle not eligible? Do I
need to unlock achievements on Halo 5 instead?

 

Far cry 4 achievements not unlocking

Same here.....just stared playing and cleared 4 outposts without triggering and alarm...NO TREADMILL LIGHTY ACHIEVEMENT popped...?????

I have also know tried a reset to factory settings (keeping Games and Apps option) but am still experiencing; any other ideas?

If none of the steps listed in the guide that Jason provided help, the next thing to take a look at is our pinned thread for

achievement unlocking issues. Be sure to try everything there up to and including the survey listed at the bottom of the page. Do note that filling out the survey doesn't guarantee a resolution however the information is passed along to the appropriate
teams for investigation.
