    Achievements not syncing correctly.


    Recently I had to delete ONLY my profile from my xbox 360 to solve an issue with being unable to connect to Xbox Live. Ever since I downloaded my profile again my gamerscore displayed on the Xbox 360 is not including the achievements I have unlocked on the
    Xbox One, however, my friends see the correct total and I can see the correct total when I compare games with a friend. My Xbox One still shows the correct total as well.

    Firstly, I was told my Xbox Support to wait an hour for everything to sync. Then I contacted them much later in the day and they told me to wait a full 24 hours. Finally, I contacted Xbox Support a third time and I was told to make a post on the forums. Basically
    I would like to know if there is any way to fix this issue (have tried redownloading profile again), or if getting an achievement on either console will screw up the totals permanently.

    Hi again!

    The time is usually very short but if not I would leave up to 24 hours before contacting support about the issue. I tried researching this issue but I haven't found any solutions yet!

    Hi, I might consider trying the instructions in Section 2 of the following guide: Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!! (note: only
    remove/re-add your profile if you know the email and password associated with your account).

    I'm having achievement problems .

    I have waited up to 3 week for achievements to sync up correctly. I have also had random achievement pop when I have been watching Netflix

    Halo MCC Achievement error 0x87c40011

    I have the exact same problem with the same error code, but then with the game Goat Simulator. Some achievements synced correctly and suddenly my collectible achievement didn't unlock. Going to the Achievements App gives the error 0x87c40011 :(

    dashboard no longer tallying achievements correctly

    If they aren't showing up with these achievements (because they aren't being uploaded correctly) that would be the only way to actually attempt to fix it. Once they have messed up like this though, it's highly unlikely that Xbox.com will show these achievements
    because they aren't fully synced.

    I appreciate the link, but none of those fixes have worked and I've tried them previously.

    A new concern is a recent 360 completion is reflected at 1000/1000 when investigated, but a glance from the dash claims 900 /1000 and neither xbox nor TA claim they're unlocked, yet both the 360 dash and the one dash show otherwise. Its certainly a Microsoft
    server issue but sadly one no one seems to have noticed.

    Gamerscore disparity happens now and then, but 3 different scores across the board and no fix in 2 weeks is getting irritating.

    Still, I appreciate the help.

    Frozen Gamerscore, achievements not unlocking or syncing correctly.

    I have the same issues.

    The Achievements Popps but the Score is frozen.

    Xbox One & PC scores the same. Xbox.com, too.
