Achievements Not Registering Cross-Console

As of last Thursday, September 11, I have been having difficulties with achievements not transferring across my consoles, thus allowing me to "double-earn" achievements in title, but not score. I split my playtime between two XBox 360 consoles and on my
secondary console at home-away-from-home, achievements earned on the primary console from 9/11-9/14 are not listed.

Id est, I earned 3 achievements in LEGO Batman and 1 in Motocross Madness over that time frame. On the other console without those titles, the game correctly has achievement completion numbers and score numbers, but individual achievements marked as unearned
and possibly incorrect GamerScore overall. All 4 were earned in save files on the Cloud drive (if that makes any difference.) An achievement tracking website that I use has them all logged as completed, as well as my profile on live.xbox.com. For redundancy's
sake, let me restate that the only place these aren't showing up are in the console's achievement log.

The converse seemed to be true as well that any achievements earned on the secondary console between 9/14-9/17 are not logging on my primary console, as I've now discovered. Yet GamerScore seems to be correctly summed. Any time spent on the console was spent
connected to XBox Live, so I know it's not the dreaded "Removed offline achievements" issue (Beat the dead Alan Wake horse.) No complaints about what's going on with my profile, just a lot of confusion.

Destiny cross-play achievements not unlocking/registering

I'm having the same problem, all my progress from 360 was there so I decided to start a fresh character. Once the cutscene started 5 achievements unlocked but when I look at the achievements it shows I've unlocked the same as the 360 but I'm only credited
5/41 for 110 GS. When I snap the achievements app it shows I have 24/41 for 510 GS also checking on the website shows the same 5/41 for 110 GS.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it Thanks

 

Destiny cross-play achievements not unlocking/registering

So today I received Destiny for the Xbox One as an early Christmas present and I popped it in and downloaded all of the updates. I have been playing since launch, although I have been taking a break from the game and this is the first I have played it in
a while. Once I selected a character, two achievements popped (Ship Wright and Decryptologist) and earned me 40G, putting me at 88200G. However, when I snapped my achievement app, it said 32/41 had unlocked, yet only two popped and only those two were credited
to my total gamerscore.

When I check the standard achievement app fullscreen, it says only two have been unlocked, but after clicking on it shows the other achievements as unlocked, but still achievement progress at 4%. I called Microsoft support, but I was instantly directed to
the forums instead.

Can any Support Staff help me, or can someone tell me what to do to fix it? I've had achievement problems twice in the past, but not like this. Thanks for the help.

 

A tad curious as to how this is the ONLY thread within the first 8 most recent pages of issues that hasn't even garnered a snarky, much less a helpful, reply after 3 days. The issue has not fixed itself, and I would like to know if there's anything to be
done by myself or others.

Issue: Achievements claiming to not have been earned, but knowingly earned and tracked. 22/43 completed on XBox.com log & TrueAchievements log, but only 18/43 icons filled in on the console's achievement log for aforementioned game.
