achievements not registering at all

hello all

im hoping somebody can help me here

i have an xbox one x .a month old, that has stopped registering achievemnts i played a run through of wolfenstein on the 16th and thats the last on i got,ive finished 3 games since and not a single one has popped up.

my network connection is fine,ive cleared storage ,deleted and redownloaded my profile ect but its ;ike my playthroughs arent even registering at all.

ive asked for advice from ms and they havent helped me at allso im here hoping somebody may have had a similar issue and solved it as im at a loss

help please

Achievements not registering at all

hi I'm having problems with achievements not even registering or unlocking for example completing a mission with friends at the same time they get an achievement and I don't get nothing I have spoke to the support and they said to come to the forum, I've
removed account hard reset and all the other steps that go with it and still nothing has come up I really don't know what's happening with it now has anyone experienced the same? I've seen posts where people are saying they are stuck on 47% or something but
I'm not even getting that, any support on here that can help at all?

 

Groove Music not registering songs played for the 10k Song Achievement

Since the latest Groove update, the Achievement App is not registering songs played and is stuck at 15%. I have played over 1500 songs since the update, and nothing is registering. Does the Achievement App no longer show completion percentage for the Groove
App?

It may also be best to wait for a few days, the achievement would unlock by itself!

 

yes i have been through that process and tried all those options,and waited well over the recommended time,unfortunatley nothing seems to happen,its like its not registering me playing at all,i can put on the achievement tracker and do something along the
lines of "kill 10 x with x" and it doesnt register a single one.

the only thing i havent done is factory reset my console,but with 2tb worth of content im reluctant to do that,especially since my console is only a month old-seems the most powerful console in the world isnt as clever as it thinks

Just to know, did you check if the achievements have some know bugs?!?

Maybe on the internet is told how to unlock them...

Is just another idea!

 

ok so i took the plunge and factory reset my console, reinstalled some games and fired up watchdogs, chose an easy achievement(shoot 15 tires) and nothing, none registered with the achievement tracker .and as unimportant as it might seem ,its annoying the
hell out of me now.

i literally dont know what else to try and must assume my console is faulty

 

ok after numerous system resets,moving games about ,playing from internal/external/disk im convinced this is now a one x issue,all unlock fine on a standard xbox one,and 360(even 360 achievements unlock fine on one x)
