Achievements not popping.

My achievements were popping fine on Saturday when I was playing GTA with friends, but today while playing while playing Destiny I got an achievement and it never popped. It shows on SmartGlass and my web profile, but on my Xbox One no achievement and no
gamerscore. My mother does use the Xbox to watch TV when she's over, so i'm thinking maybe she unknowingly changed something. Is there something in the settings that I should be looking at? I tried looking through them and I only saw a vague setting to either
turn notifications on or off, I didn't see anything about achievements specifically. I also already did a hard reset, and nothing happened.

Achievements not popping

Done that and works once. If i turn instant on mode off then it works fine.

Achievements not popping?

in CoD ghosts 3-4 levels I completed never poped their Achievements I even finished the game in more or less one sitting so have the beat the game one but the 3-4 levels I did didn't pop, same as Spartan **** I was missing one star for get atleast one star
in ALL maps, I got it and didn't pop still stuck on 95% anyway to fix this ?

my system was always online.

A lot of Xbox One's Achievements can be broken or just take much longer to Unlock. I know I was having a problem with Destiny in that it did not see I was Signed-in.

In order to get Achievements to Unlock (for myself in Destiny), I had to first boot up the Game and start one of my Characters. I then had to go to Destiny's In-Game Sign-out and Sign out. This would return me to the Title Screen
in which I would Sign-In from Destiny's In-Game prompt. After doing this Achievements would Unlock "normal" for me.

I noticed this same problem was also tied to my Time Spent being correct. If I did not do the above it would never add Time in that I spent while playing Destiny. Something that use to be so easy on the 360 is so frustrating on
the Xbox One most of the time.

This happened to me with Murdered: Soul Suspect and Sherlock Holmes, but the next day the achievements were unlocked.

Yea, as others have said, this is a known issue and happens far too often. They'll show as unlocked on Smartglass, but not on the console or website. Usually they'll just show up about 24 hours later.

With Destiny just go to the "log out screen" and select "Signe out".

Then sign back in as yourself and there's your achievements on a plate for you.

I tried it, it didn't work, but for some reason the achievement was on my account this morning, still no notification though.

Sorry to hear it. Try loading up a character in the game. When you get to orbit press the start button on the controller to get into the character menu. Scroll all the way right and select the option to change the gamertag (not change character). When
you get to the log in screen choose your gamertag again. When you get back to orbit the achievements should pop for you.
