Achievements not fully unlocking

Long story short, I got an X1 about a month ago... but am far from ready to give up my 360. When the recent hacker attack happened to Xbox live and *** up the ability to unlock achievements on my X1, I didn't mind, because It gave me an excuse to switch
over to my 360 for awhile while the problem got sorted out.

That is, Until my 360 started having achievement issues as well. I beat Costume Quest 2 100% and unlocked all of it's achievements, then moved on to playing Comic Jumper (Unlocked 3 achievements). At this point, I decided to look at my achievements list
and I noticed that the achievements are not showing up!

On the achievements list (the list of games), it says 17 of 18 for Costume Quest 2, as well as 0 of 12 for Comic jumper. BUT if I click on the individual games, it shows that ALL achievements in Costume quest 2 are unlocked, and 3 are unlocked in Comic
Jumper.

My gamerscore did seem to show this increase (it was at 88900, from 88845), Until the X1 achievement issue was supposedly fixed, then when I logged back into X1, my gamerscore went down to 88855. Checking my games list on the X1, it also shows that I have
the achievements unlocked in the above games, but they aren't counting in it either.

I decided to start a new game (Monkey Island: SE), to see if I could get it's achievements to work.... and the same thing happened. I have the achievement unlocked, but the Achievements screen does not show that (0/12 and 0gs). I can see the unlocked achievement
on the list, though.

So... My question is: Is this related to the problem the X1 was having (since they started on the same day)? And if so, when can I expect this fix to fully fix everything?

Is the Achievement not unlocking resolved fully?

Is this just for XB1? I never got my GTA 5 360 achievement for robbing all the stores in free roam, even though I have clearly robbed them all.

 

Rise of the Tomb Raider on Win10 Achievements Not Unlocking

Hey there, BKLortz! To clarify what is going on, are these achievements listed as "Done! Unlocking..." or are they simply not unlocking for you?

We are aware of achievements taking longer than normal to fully unlock. If your achievements simply say that they are unlocking, the only thing you can do is wait for them to fully unlock.

As of right now, the only achievements not unlocked on your account that I can see are Firestarter and 4 Baba Yaga achievements. Are there others that you are missing?

 

I came here as I appear to have the exact same problem with my 360. Achievements I've gained since 27/12/14 aren't adding properly. My Skyrim game for example, on the achievements screen, says 900/1550, achievements 45/75, which is wrong. But when I click
on the game on my 360, it shows 50/75 unlocked, 1000/1550, which is correct.

I've played other games since and unlocked achievements (Minecraft, Walking Dead), only to have the same problem, so I know it isn't game exclusive.

My Gamerscore on my 360 dashboard is correct (23783), but it is wrong everywhere else (23428). Again, this difference seems to be relating to achievements unlocked since yesterday.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

I'm having the exact same problem. Only difference for me is that some of the achievements have added to my overall gamerscore, whereas some of them have not.

All of them unlocked normally, and when I view the game's achievement lists individually, it shows everything is unlocked and all icons are shown, just as they should be. Same problem as above.

 

Mine is fixed!!! I haven't checked 360 yet (but will when I can) but my phone app and X1 are both showing all the achievements are unlocked as they should be.

Thank you microsft for fixing these issues.... But please upgrade your securities so this won't happen again!

 

Kudos on that, Racer. The achievements are still out of sync for me. :/ Smartglass and Xbox.com are reflecting a different score than the one I see when I sign in on my 360. Ugh.

 

False alarm.... It is fixed everywhere but on my 360, where it still has the issue. The achievement change is reflected on the X1 and online/smart phone app.... But not on the 360.

 

Day three and no resolution, or even an acknowledgement of my problem...

 

I'm having the same issue with my for The Raven and Disney Infinity for the 360

 

Same problem. I started my own thread a while ago, no response.

 

I just spoke to xbox support via phone, they said they have engineers working on the issue as it's affecting alot of people, once they've fixed it all achievements will update and be correct

 

You can add me to the list. 3 achievements on Batman Arkham City half unlocked. I don't want to play anymore until this is fix'ed.

 

Mine appears to be fully fixed now.

I can say that all the achieves I unlocked while this was happening (even the ones on X1 that didn't pop at all at the time), have been received. So I would say it is safe to play while they fix the issues, and it will sort itself out afterwards.

 

On Destiny , I've done about 7 achievements but it says 2 of 50

Any idea what's happening?
