Achievements not appearing, games showing 24/0 unlocked

In all of my games achievements are not appearing at all. I cannot check which ones are even available as it shows that each game has 0 achievements available. In the games where I do have achievements, it shows that I've unlocked 24/0 or 8/0 achievements.

Achievements

My achievements are not showing properly

One Screen it says:

Gamerscore 100/1000

Achievements 2/24

Next screen says:

13 of 24 Unlocked.

neither of these have been added to my profile gamer score please fix

Unlocked achievements not showing up

None of the achievements I've unlocked are showing up.

Says I have reached no level (I'm at 35)

Discovered no locations (198)

There's no game progress (I've finished the main storyline)

Gamerscore says 0

And that I've unlocked 0 achievements.

I've got the exact same problem. None of my games show the achievements at all. Can't even look at them through the guide. Been happening for months now. Works fine on xbox.com, but they're not showing on the Xbox one.

I got an achievement in Madden 25 for creating a Madden Ultimate Team. It shows that the achievement is unlocked when I go to view them and it shows the date I received it. But, my progress for that game shows 0 unlocked and 0 points. Tried reinstalling
the game, no luck. Really frustrating...

I am having this error code when trying to access the witcher 3 game of the year edition game hub. Big grey box with that error code 0x87c40131 appears. Also I seem to be unlocking achievements for this game as I am playing, but the achievements don't
appear in my achievement menu.. Even the game does t show. When I access the witcher 3 Standard edition game hub it says I have 0 hours game time 0 achievements unlocked etc. As if I havent even got the game. I just don't understand why. I can't seem to find
any help in this at all.

Look at your achievements tab for this game. Does it show the progress as complete but the achievement isn't unlocked or is it straight up 0% with nothing?
