Achievements Not Adding Up Issue

So I have 34,000 gamerscore on my account (my GT: ). I was playing The Walking Dead Season 2 Ep. 3 the other day, and I was getting the achievements, but even though they appeared on my achievements list for the game, it still only showed 200
GS instead of 300 GS (what it should've been). So I deleted my profile off my 360 HD, and re-downloaded it because that's worked for stuff like that in the past. Well, when I did that, it then put my gamerscore back to 26,000 GS instead of my actual 34,000.
I talked to Xbox Support through chat and we tried troubleshooting it with deleting the cache 3 times, and etc. But it didn't work. Luckily, he said he can see that my actual gamerscore IS 34,000. He also told me to leave this (REFERENCE NUMBER:
[Mod Removed]) in the forum post. He said to make a post on these forums so someone can investigate the issue. So, if someone from the Xbox team can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

Achievements not adding up.

Hello, I've been playing Borderlands Pre-Sequel and I have noticed whenever I get achievements on the game it's not adding up in my game history, for example it says I have 70G for the game but if you click on my achievements and add them up it's 105G, if
I happen to earn an achievement it shows up on my game history but right when I sign out and back in it resets back to 70G? Is anyone else having this problem? I have never had this happen before...Is there anyway to fix it?

hi I’m Raj and i would like someone to help because my achievements/trophies are not adding up. I completed around 15 achievements in total for the walking dead season 1 and fifa 16 but they didn’t add up for some reason. I contacted the xbox support they
said wait for 72 hours but still nothing. But day before i played goat simulator and I unlocked an achievement and it did add up but not for fifa 16 and the walking dead. So can someone please help me like whats wrong with it or how can i solve this problem.

Despite what you were told you cannot post things like support reference numbers on the forums.

Your gamerscore is 34725 everywhere i've looked so do you mean it's ok everywhere but on your console?

 

Have you, by any chance, earned about 8,000G on Xbox One games?

If so, that would be the reason as, after redownloading the profile to a 360, the 360 does not always reflect the Xbox One gamerscore. If you earn another achievement on One, that should be enough to force the 360 to update its information. Fortunately,
your gamerscore is appearing correctly everywhere else, so it doesn't seem like there's anything to worry about, especially if it is Xbox One gamerscore being the total discrepancy.

 

@Daft: I didn't know that. The support guy told me to post the reference number. What's happening is when I'm on 360, my gamerscore is at 26,000 and not the 34,000. But when I'm on Xbox One, it's showing 34,000. And the other day, I bet The Walking Dead
Season 2, Episode 3, which put me at 300 GS on that game, but now, it's not even showing that I have Episode 3's achievements. Which is weird.

@Maxen: Yes, you're correct. I got my Xbox One when I had 26,000. And since then I've got 8000+ gamerscore on Xbox One games. But it usually shows my 34,000 regardless. Idk why it's doing this now.

 

Arcade games don't add up right away. Pop in a disc game and play that for a bit and get a achievement then the arcade game achievements will add up. Found this out a while back when I was playing a couple arcade games. Nothing was adding up.

It's doing it now because you redownloaded your profile and your 360 'forgot' to take into account achievements earned on the One. It's happened to me, it's usually nothing to worry about (seeing as it is right elsewhere) and will normally correct itself
if you go and earn an achievement on the One. Do that and see if it helps. It should update on the 360 to what is displayed on Xbox One and Xbox.com.

TWD is a separate issue altogether. It seems to be a widespread problem that achievements from that are not being accurately recorded and I don't quite know what the status of that is.

Let us know how you get on with earning achievements on One and if that updates the 360 to the correct number, and I'll see what I can find out about the TWD-specific error.

 

It's fixed now I just went back and played Episode 3 of TWD Season 2 again, and everything got re-earned and it's all good.
