Achievements mysteriously stopped. May be after I bought my Xbox One S

I'm trying to figure out why I have not been seeing or receiving any achievements for a few months now. Before I say I've done EVERYTHING I've read online, I will just list them here in case I have NOT done everything.

Hard Restart

Waiting for 72 hours (I call FOUL on this step as achievements used to unlock IMMEDIATELY)

Removing and restoring my gamertag to my One S

Waiting for 72 hours

Uninstalling and reinstalling one particular game (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

Waiting for 72 hours

I even played a new game to see if I was getting ANY type of achievement. The support tech recommended Frozen Free Fall (Thanks, Sonya) which I played for an hour and went through several levels. Not one single achievement unlocked.

If it helps, at one point, I had three Xboxes. A 360 which I still have. An Xbox One Original which I traded in and it was kept on hold for three weeks by Gamestop before they erased my information. And a new One S which is my main machine. After Gamestop
erased my info, I should be back to two concurrent Xboxes (the 360 and the One S)

Achievment unlock issues.

I bought my Xbox One on the day of Release and achievements worked fine, it was justa few weeks after the release of NXOE my achievements stopped unlocked, tracking progress and other game progress will not track either such as kills or assassinations on
the friendlist leaderboards in the achievements area of the Xbox.

 

Accessories No Longer Working

My headset has completely stopped working, one of the charging cables I bought (Xbox brand) stopped working about 2 months after I bought it, and now the battery pack that came with it won't hold a charge.

Can I send these back to Microsoft to be replaced?

 

After scouring the internet for answers, someone who posted on the True Achievements forum had the answer for my issue: Ad Blocker.



Even after entering a several lines of whitelistings, my ad blocker (Pi-Hole) still prevents ANY achievements from reaching MS.



Since I love what my ad blocker does, I don't want to turn it off. The answer was to go into XbOne Network Settings Advanced and enter the DNS Manually to bypass it. I used the standard 8.8.8.8 for primary and 8.8.4.4 for secondary. Xbox will have ads though.

HERE that can assist with these problems. Make sure when you try the steps you give it the full 72 hours to resolve, before you move on to Step 3 which is the Survey.
