Achievements missing.

Hi, I apologize if this is the wrong section. I've contacted Microsoft several times and was told to try the forums. My Xbox live account is missing a little less than half of the achievements. Some say the correct amount, some are missing a few, and some
don't have any at all. Mind you, this week was the first time I have logged in on the account in about a year and a half. I would just like my achievements fixed. I've spent countless hours (kind of sad, isn't it) getting these achievements and it's so hard
for me to stay calm during this as it is so frustrating. I've deleted and recovered the account and Xbox.com does not have the correct amount either. But when I log into for example Halo Waypoint, it list all my achievements correctly. Thanks in advance for

Missing Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Achievements?

I unlocked achievements after unlocking those missing ones for a few days and they all registered without a problem! The missing achievements never registered with my gamerscore, so the problem never fixed itself!

Achievements are unlocking and are being shown in recent achievements but the game itself is missing from the achievement list

 

Can you recall anything that may have happened that would have caused this? Were you gaming offline when you earned a majority of them? If you earn them offline and delete the account before reconnecting, the achievements don't sync to the servers and are
lost upon account deletion.

Can you try putting one of the games that you're missing achievements in in your console and see if that updates the console at all? Also, please try resetting your cache 3 times, see if that kicks the sync in to gear.

Anyway, if you can provide a bit more information, I may be able to assist you further (and it's not sad lol)

 

I've been connected online for the majority of them. Don't really game offline too often. I tried playing a few of the games that it messed up on and cleared the cache 3 times like you said to no avail. This is so frustrating!

 

Still looking for the Enforcement teams input here! I was told by a representative today and was told they can't bring them back as there is no record. But games that have a third party app that still register the achievements (I.E Halo Waypoint) is there
a way to make come back?

It is possible that Xbox caught you cheating on Xbox Live and cleared most of your achievements and gamerscore. Have you been cheating in the past?

 

Not at all. I even went on the moderation website to check and see if there is any infractions on my account and there is none. So that's why I'm so frustrated because there is no reason this should have happened. I'm really just looking for some help here.
