Achievements Missing / Activity Feed problems

Hello everybody !

So i have a really annoying problem with my Xbox One S.

It appears that the Achievement-system & the activity feed didn't recognise any of my activities for like ~22 days.

For example are there no activities like "has played ... for the first time" or whatever. I started playing "The Witcher 3", "Gears of war 4" and "Kings Quest", and none of them are displayed in my activity feed.

The Achievement-system also bugged for this period of time. I didn't get a single achievement for playing these 3 games i mentioned above (and more). It seems to work again, but this period of like 22 days is missing and it really bugs me.

Please help!

Activity feed and achievement notifications busted.

Hi here

My activity feed is having problems too, my recent activity from yesterday (screenshots, achievements and friend adds) is not showing up in my feed everytime I go to my profile, it's only showing activity from days and weeks ago

Can you help fix it for me please?

My xbox one activity feed is not updating,and neither is my gamerscore but achievements are still unlocking

My activity feed is not updating at all but the main activity feed is fine, also my gamerscore is not updating when I unlock achievements. The last thing that appears in my activity feed is from five days ago and I have unlocked quite a few achievements
since then.

My OS version is 6.2.11797.0 (xb_rel_1411.141124-1759) fre

please sort this all I seem to get lately since I got the xbox one is problems

Hey sCream -

Sorry to hear about the issues. First thing you'll want to try is
removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console. Then, hold down the power button for approximately 10 seconds, and then sign back into your account. If that doesn't help, be sure to check out the thread on

achievement unlocking issues and be sure to fill out the survey in the last step.

First of all thanks for the reply.

I did a power cycle - didn't help. I deleted my profile and downloaded it again - didn't help. I also did a factory reset ( the complete one, which is absurd because it wont even delete the firmware-updates ) and it didn't help either. As a follow up, i
spent like 3 full days of installing games and downloading patches, because the whole online experience sucks balls at the moment because of serious issues when downloading doesn't matter what file.

This is getting extremely annoying. In addition to that, the "specifix x achievement"-thing wont work either, cause the complete achievement- & activity system bugged out for 23 days. I dont even know what achievements and things i was supposed to get in that
period of time, how should i know that?

I would like to get a solution for this crap, even sony is capable of keeping their **** systems running.

Sorry for my wording, i just cant even think of right words to express my disappointment.

There has to be a solution for this, you are microsoft after all, and not a random hillbilly company

Thanks for the information,

To clarify, have you been able to play a game and try to unlock an Achievement since you did the factory reset? Were you able to follow the instructions on the post that Miss Bijoux mentioned as well?

yup, i have been able to play games. i have unlocked like 2 complete random achievements, something like "win 5 fist fights" in the witcher 3, but this seems

insanely random, since i haven't even gotten an achievement for the completion of the prologue and so on.

i have even tried to achieve the most ovious achievements possible, like rating 5 things on netflix, oder watching 3 episodes of a show in a row - not even that worked.

i also did all the things mentioned in the post form miss bijoux :/

Thanks for letting us know, if you create a second profile are you able to earn Achievements at a normal rate? It seems like they're starting to unlock at least, which is a good sign. It can also take up to 72hours for them to unlock at times.

how would it work with a new profile, since i have all my games on my current profile?

I have to state, that the achievements work for Diablo 3 and Titanfall - but not on anything xbox related, the witcher and more - strange.
