Achievements locked with EA Access.

So i recently purchased the new EA Access since i left all of my games at university and it would give me some new games to play on while i'm back at home.

However, all of the achievements for games I physically own and downloaded through the vault have all of the achievements locked.

I would not have purchased the EA Access if I knew about achievements being locked, however it feels like i've been duped into buying a package that i now have no interest in playing in. Can anyone reassure me that this is a bug?

I'll give two examples:

Never played the BF4 Campaign before but unlocked multiplayer achievements when playing the physical copy.

I completed the first mission and expected an achievement, and to my surprise the mission achievement did not unlock.

So i completed the next mission, and obviously the achievement did not unlock. So i checked the achievement list and they are there, but still locked.

Example 2:

Never played Madden NFL 25 in my life.

Decided to test if the achievements are locked here too so proceeded to play a game in which an achievement should have unlocked. And it didn't.

Proceeded to give it one more go by doing a simple achievement which requires downloading a shared file.

Completed the download and again, no achievement.

I hope I can get an answer for this, as If this is an actual part of the EA Access subscription, and was not mentioned anywhere, i'll be swiftly moving to the playstation and use their version.

Downloaded the trial/demo and it's giving me achievements, never had that before apart from on EA Access trials.

Hey there, II B RaPiDZz Xx! There was an issue with achievements yesterday, as well as some EA Access issues. They should be resolved now. Hopefully your achievements are showing up. However, if they are showing at 100% and not popping, give them a couple
days and then post back. We'll see if we can get you fixed up!

Side note: Do they show up if you snap the Achievement App in game instead of launching it up itself? That would be wonderful information to have.
