    Achievements issue while in HDR


    So I've been playing a few games on the pc Xbox beta and found an annoying issue with achievements while in HDR. I have HDR on in my W10 settings for games and apps, which there's no issue with that, works fine. Also I haven't had any issues with the games
    on the beta or the game bar. What's happening is when I get an achievement pop up while I'm playing the game, it goes black screen then switches off HDR, back into normal then when the achievement bubble disappears goes black screen back to HDR. It does this
    every achievement, which when starting a new game you get often. It basically holts all ability to play the game while its happening. Wanted to bring to attention.

    This has been happening to me since I tried using game bar. It seems the game bar layer or pop up or whatever is just not HDR. If any piece of the game bar is open or pinned or pop notifications it causes my game screen to go out of HDR mode. I
    actually like the game bar, would use all the time if just this would be corrected. & please add GPU temps & fix/turn on mixer broadcasting...
    Yes, i have the same issues. I tried clean Windows install, and it didn’t help. HDR issues is still persist.

    Microsoft needs to look into it asap.

    Can confirm that. Same behavior.

    HDR supported, playing Gears 5 and Forza 4, but any notification making my screen to turn off HDR for a few seconds while notifications in SDR are displayed, and then again several seconds of darkness while HDR is enabling again in game.

    Particularly Xbox Game bar achievements and volume UI when i want to change my sound.

    Pretty crappy HDR implementation.

    Exact same behavior here, really game breaking as flickers until the animation is complete
