Achievements in Japanese

I'm US Military stationed in Japan. All of my console settings are US/English. I just purchased and started playing Horizon 2 and all of the achievements are in Japanese. Other Xbox One games were fine before a week or so ago. It seems as though the console
is now using my IP address as the basis to determine language on downloaded content.

I'm not the only one suddenly having this issue over here, and it's not just on Horizon 2. How can we stop this from happening and change the achievements that have already downloaded?

I live in japan but do not speak Japanese. My console, despite my best efforts, continues to try and guess my language based on my ip and displays achievements in Japanese in spite of my language settings. There is no other content on my console that is
in Japanese but achievements cannot be changed back to english

i can't read japanese and it is hard to determine the achievements

 

I'm stationed in Japan as well. Picked up FH2 yesterday from the exchange and am having the same problem.

 

Also having the same problem. I'd really like to see what I'm getting here and all I get is the squiggly letters.

 

Same situation.. FH2 was the first game with Japanese.. Now halo MCC... Other games are in English though?

 

I'm having the same problem with Halo: Master Chief Collection, all my achievements are in Japanese, even though I'm playing it off an American disc! (Besides, why if I'm using the disc, does it need to install 60Gb??) Someone please help get our achievements
back in English!

 

Personally, I'd love to brag about having Japanese achievements on my profile (I've got some already.)
