ACHIEVEMENTS!!!! HOW THEY WILL NOT UNLOCK!!!

I played a game called, "Walking Dead Season 2". I beat the game twice, and episode 3 will not unlock. So I contacted them on 12/03/2014, and told them about my problem. I talked to a guy named, Rob. He told me that this problem happens, not alot but
it happens. He told me not to worry, this problem can be fix. He told me that it will take 2 days and be checking my email alot, and i will be getting a email from them. And he will be sending this problem to the xbox tech people, and manually they will unlock
this for me.

On Friday 12/05/2014 the problem was still there and not fix, and no emails yet from them, so I waited. On 12/11/2014 I contacted them again. Telling them that my problem was still there. I talked to a guy named DJ. I told him what Rob told me, these
is was he said, "Here's the thing, actually we don't have any means of changing or might as well applying the achievements on your account since they are automatically unlocked on their own. We've had customers in the past who experienced
the same thing and the only thing that we suggested is to wait as if only time will tell. As of the mean time, we are still trying to point out the main cause of this problem." So I said, that i got lied too. I was told 100% different thing. So he asked about
the guy named, Rob. How did I started to talk to him. So I told him how just like how I got to talk to you. I also told him that i did not email myself the chat session. So he went and check up the last chat session i had. He said that it was not there. Like
I never had talked to Rob. What I have a hard time believing for the fact its Microsoft, and they keep pretty good files. I think he read it and saw that I was lied too, and does not want to tell me the truth. He said, "It's not that he completely lied to
you as if all chat are deeply monitored by our higher management." He also said, " I'm really sorry to tell you this but to be honest there wasn't any reports or case made by the previous representative. Now, I would be transparent to you, we don't have any
troubleshooting steps or ways to have the achievements unlocked manually, the only thing that we can think of doing is creating a post to our Forums."

He said, "You just have to provide all the specifics in the post that you will be creating and include the reference number that I've given." So here is my reference number: [Mod removed] in this post. Also he said, " I
don't want to provide false information and actually we don't have any assurance that this will work but definitely it'll be worth a shot." Like making a post or form is going magically unlocked my achievements, that I worked hard for. Watch out, they are
unlocking right now. NOT! This will not unlock my achievements. I will be shocked if it does. I do not know who to believe Rob or DJ. Who is telling the truth? I want to know! If you have the same problem and it did or did not get fixed or solved. Please let
me know. Thanks. We the XBOX Gamers will not stand for this any more. We have rights! We played and unlock and how us our achievements. FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW!!!!

Xbox achievement reset problem solved.

How can I reset my achievements? They got reset and had about 1 achievement in every game or no achievements. I want all of my achievements to be reset but how?

 

If you develop your own 360 game, try these achievements

Or how about the "Achievement for completing all the achievements".

Did they just run out of ideas or something?

 

Its amazing how many times support send people to the forums, just to get you off the phone.

Every person here is just a regular user, just like you.

No one here can magically fix this problem for you, at best you may find someone that has had the same problem themselves.

 

Telling you to post the customer reference number was wrong as it's not allowed on the forums.

Go to your hard drive & delete your profile ONLY,redownload it & start the game up.

The achievements may unlock then or you may have to re earn them,that usually sorts out achievement issues on the 360.

 

Well, since you've hidden your gaming history, I have to ask the obvious question -- Are you playing on the One or the 360? If you're on the 360, do as Daft advised. If you're on the One, there is a common issue with achievements not unlocking properly
and 99% it fixes itself a few hours later.

 

Op is on the 360 Egg,they didn't have their game history hidden earlier & I peeked.

 

Daft Badger advise helped me alot. You have to deleted your profile only and re-download it. Then you have to play the game again. If its just one episode and not all of. You just have to replay that one again. Daft Badger was more helpful then the people
who work for XBOX. Daft Badger should be working for them and give people the real help. Like he so kindly did me. Thank you so much Daft Badger.
