Achievements help, game progress not showing

I have contacted Xbox 6 times to find a solution to why my Xbox One is not unlocking my achievements and not recording my game progress. I unlocked 5 achievements for Gears of War Ultimate Edition and around 5 days ago I stopped receiving achievements for
completing Act 1 and a couple chapters in Act 2. In Mortal Kombat X I completed the story and received no achievements. It says total game time is 6 hours and 39 minutes, but 0% game progression, zero everything but on the game I can select all of the chapters
in the story. Smite stopped recording my game progress as well. Mortal Kombat X is a disc and Gears is a digital download. I have done a hard reset, deleted and redownloaded my account, made sure I was online, deleted and reinstalled the games, and reset my
xbox to factory settings none of which have helped. My gamerscore is not updating at all and its not keeping track of my game progress. I need some sort of solution or a new Xbox because it's seeming like the Xbox is defective or glitched out.

Achievement Problems

So now it's showing achievement progress and showing I haven't made the progress that I have. Some of the achievements I earned were part of the campaign I completed, I'm sure as heck not spending another month doing the campaign over again. What the heck

Tomb Raider achievements are broken, I think?

I just checked, none of the achievements for this game are showing any progress at all :-(

 

Mine started the about the same time and still not fixed.

 

It can take up to 72 hours for the achievement to finally show. I had this problem a while back with Halo and I just kept on playing the game and doing the requirements over and over again and it finally unlocked.

 

Completed most of doom offline then took my Xbox to a friends place to hook it up online and wait for the cheevos to start pouring through. One came thru when I started the game up and then another when I met requirements I had already met. Removed and
redownloaded my account as suggested by an ambassador in chat. That ddid nothing except now that I have come home ALL other game saves except doom are gone. POOF. I spent a LOT of time almost completing all the games I own and all save data is gone. Hundreds
of hours. Gone. Almost 13 days of fallout 4 gone. Days of dark souls 3 gone. Everything is gone except my doom save. Wrt please help me guys I'm losing my mind here
