Achievements have been unlocked, but not added to total gamerscore.

I completed a title update for hitchhiker windows 10 on november 1st - 2nd, the update contained 500 gamerscore for completing all achievements. I fulfilled all requirements, and only receive 440 of the 500 gamerscore that should've been added. Ive went
through all of the troubleshooting, and nothing helped. If someone can look into this, or point me to the right team to talk to i would appreciate it.

Achievement not added to gamerscore

Hello, I unlocked 'revoking client privileges' on Watchdogs (Xbox One) but the the gamerscore (15) has not been added to my gamerscore total. I started my session with 65875 and that's what I still have. The achievement is unlocked with a timestamp and it
has been added to my Watchdogs total (I had 540 now I have 555) but it has not been added to my total overall gamerscore.

Can the support team please fix this. Thank you for the help.

 

Destiny gamerscore not being added correctly

I would appreciate the team's help. I have been playing Destiny on the 360 and decided to upgrade to the Xbox One version. My 360 achievements are supposed to unlock on my One. They have done, but the gamerscore from them has not been added to my total (I
think that 40g has been added but the rest has not). The achievements have unlocked but I don't have most of the gamerscore. The achievements app on my One says 8% unlocked but it should be 80%.

Can this be fixed please.

 

Ive done that on both the xbox 360, and xbox one. Didnt work.

Thanks for your reply, I've done all of the above. Nothing has changed unfortunately. Its been like this since November 2nd. I done my math twice now. I should have 150,775 and its only showing at 150,715. Anything else i can try?

Our next suggestion for syncing the achievements to read on the Gamerscore is to perform a
Soft Factory Reset on the console while keeping games and apps:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

Note: This step will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

Try this step out and let us know if this works.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately that didnt work either. Is there anyone who can look into this for me? My gamertag is . Thanks, hope to get this figured out soon.

As for further assistance with the issue, it was my mistake in failing to see that you had mentioned this was through Windows 10. Our next suggestion has to do with the Xbox application on the PC:

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
