    Achievements gained offline not popping. Contacted support 3 times


    From December 3 to December 6 I had no internet but got it back a few days later. Contacted support on the 6th, 21st and the 19th or 20th about the achievements I had earned offline never popped. I followed all the steps suggested on the website and that
    support said to do and nothing has worked. It has been online for several days and nothing has changed.

    I tried to re-earn some of the achievements like "Why the chicken Crossed the Veil" from Rise of the Tomb raider, a relatively easy one, and nothing happened. There are quite a few story achievements that have thus been locked off from 3 games, some from
    the start and some from the middle or end while other story based ones after that part of the game are unlocked. For Rise of the Tomb Raider like "Complete History of Witchcraft" have now broken tacking, it unlocks after finding all the documents in the Veil,
    it shows 34% completion despite the in-game counter saying 100%. Below is a list of the achievements in question, the ones I can be positive of at least, some because I spent time attempting them.

    The only advice the online support gave me was to re-earn them, which to me means to never play these games again

    It is not and never has been considered cheating to gain achievements while offline on a LIVE account. As long as those achievements are gained legitimately there is no need for concern.

    When an achievement is unlocked offline, it is not given a time stamp, it will just say 'Unlocked'. Achievements gained online are given a time stamp. Funny thing is, most of the OP's achievements were gained on the same day, which is impossible.

    Note: If you have been modded your score again after a reset, the next punishment will likely be a permanent account suspension.

    Thank you for contacting Forum support.

    Sorry to hear there is an issue with gaining Achievements. If you are offline and gaining lots of Achievements then try to connect to the internet. It may not give you all of them since you where playing Offline, but try and see if they are applied by attempting
    to gain the next Achievement on that game.

    If there is still an issue with having them be applied then, I recommend to troubleshoot a bit, so here is a link with more ways to troubleshoot this issue (Forum Thread):

    there are possibly additional objectives that have to be reached in order to gain the achievement, if you are unable to gain the achievement, try contacting Microsoft support, state the problem to them and they will look into correcting it.

    My acheivements have disappeared.

    The profile is recovered from Live and Live only remembers your profile as it was the last time you connected. If you recover your profile without synching up first, then you lose those achievements gained offline.

    Loading a save game will sometimes make achievements pop but that could make them appear out of order.

    I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but playing the games really is the only sure way to get those achievements again.
