Achievements Freezing

Hello everyone!

I'm a new owner of an Xbox One (literally last weekend), and I have encountered an issue which thankfully isn't horrible.

I'll be playing a game, and unlock an achievement or record a game clip somewhere down the line, and then the notification will just sit there and not budge.

Sometimes when I go to the home screen, it will continue on it's way and that will be that.

Other times, it will either slowly go through the detais or continue staying stuck.

But when I'm playing Battlefield 4 and in the middle of chaos, I can't go home and get rid of the notification otherwise, death will be waiting for my character right around the corner

So, I'm just curious if anyone else has/had this issue, and if there is anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

I understand that this is a new system, and the kinks will be worked out down the line, but I'd like to find out if I can stop this from happening.

Hopefully someone can help me out, or at least bring this issue to whoever needs to see it!

relating to the freezing problem it has only happened to me while checking an achievement that i jst unlocked as for freezing multiplayer i haven't experienced it.

when is the new patch coming out

I have 1 achievement left: the daedric quests, and only 2 of those: Sheogorath's and Namira's. Both are freezing in the same spots...anyone know about these?

Hello, Try doing a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the front of the console down for 8-10 sec until it shuts off then unplug from the outlet for 30 sec. then plug back in and turn back on and see if it's working correctly. Hopefully this
will fix your problem. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about the achievement troubles. Let's see of we can get this to pop.

A few questions in regards to the achievement:

Have you attempted to earn this achievement again?
Have you earned any other achievements since then?

As for the freezing, I would suggest running through our Xbox 360 Screen Freeze tool.

Let us know, and we can work from there.

Tatakai no Kami

Viking, is by far the best game in the list, followed by Brink and WH40K Space Marine. Project Sylpheed has an issue with the game freezing when you unlock achievements. The worst part is that it can freeze at the point the achievement should unlock and
then not unlock.

Achievements Freezing
