Achievements earned offline not popping once reconnected

I have no internet while at home, so I bought this game and played through the campaign getting all the story achievements and 100%ing the game -- or so I thought. Once I got back to college, where I do have internet, I reconnected my Xbox One to LIVE assuming
my achievements would pop, but they have not. Most people say wait 72 hours, but it has been upwards of two weeks. I have tried deleting my account and hard resetting the console. It seems as though the game knows the achievements should be unlocked, and so
won't unlock again EVEN on a subsequent play-through (even simple achievements that you are forced into by progressing). The achievement app itself says I have completed the game 100%, yet I do not have the achievement, and the achievement trackers no longer
increase when I do the required actions. In short, no achievements will unlock for this game. Am I just doomed to forever, never get these achievements? Or is there something I can do? This could all be fixed if you could earn achievements offline like the
360...

achievement unlocking issues

Good day, I am trying to have my Gameplay reviewed in order to get the achievements I completed the actions for while I was underway on my ship (I'm in the Navy). I completed the required actions for multiple games and the achievements for those are not
unlocking. I was offline during the duration of this period (about a month) due to not being allowed to connect consoles to the ship's internet and even if we could, the internet could simply not handle the traffic. Based on a few articles and forums I reviewed,
it was my understanding that any achievements earned offline would unlock once the console was reconnected to the internet; however, nothing has happened since I reconnected my console. I would very much appreciate it if my Gameplay was reviewed so I may receive
the achievements I rightfully earned.

Lost internet connection during a story based achievement, hasn't popped yet?

Replay chapter 2 if it doesn't. I was playing offline (a different game) and as soon as I reconnected I had one pop.

I think Life is Strange is one of those games that you have to play always connected. Maybe that had something to do with the achievement not registering in the first place.
