Achievements don't pop up on screen

Hi Achievements Team,

I got send here by the Microsoft support with this question.

When i log into my xbox 360 i have a long list of games, but i have noticest that on xbox.com my achievement list misses two games that i know of (Maybe even more) but both achievement scores are the same. I resently completed a game and hoped that would
fix the problem but i still only see old games in my list. Every new game that came out after the Xbox One release does not show up at the list. Atleast the two that i know of and own.

I got a ticket number: [Mod Removed] and have to ask if someone could check if this problem could be fixed. I want to view my achievements online and not on the xbox 360 list while i play in order to unlock them.

Below i've got a list from both website and xbox 360 console. If you would add the one of the website the total achievements would not match with the xbox 360 console but it still is the same, so yea very strange that they do not add on the website.

Not receiving achievements, party invites or game invites

I've been having issues where achievements don't pop up or even register on achievements on all games,

i also don't receive game or party invites on Titanfall, they don't pop up at the bottom of the screen and sometimes don't show up in notifications either

i have tried all the troubleshooting steps and still nothing .. Help!

 

Achievement notifications not displaying

I have the same problem today. Achievements notifications don't pop up on screen but they have been counted to my account. Just didn't pop up on screen. I can see them at Community section too. Yesterday everything was fine. Other notifications work fine.

After looking at your profile on the Xbox console and our website, your achievements seem to add up just fine. Both add up to 13085 as of this post.

Which specific achievements are you noticing that are not being added? Post back and let us know so we can help you get it sorted!

Thank you for your help, i was send to that page by the support team of Microsoft tho.

Well like i tried to explain is that my score is fine both on the xbox 360 and on xbox.com.

You have a option on the xbox 360 to look at your achievements per game you played at. See a list what you unlocked and what you still have to do. This option you also have on xbox.com. You can go to the achievement page and view all games you played in
order of being played and view what achievements you have unlocked and what not. The time when unlocked everything is listed their.

Now i have the next problem. When i play either Wolfenstein The New Order. It does not pop up at the achievement page of xbox.com. Even after i completed the entire game it still not listed as a game i played. When i go to my profile page you can see the
last achievements i have unlocked and you can see that Wolfenstein The New Order achievements i just got. But at the achievement page of the website it still does not show up. Also the other game Dragon Age Inquisition is not in that list.

So my achievement score is in total: 13.085 on both xbox 360 and website.

When i count every tital and achievements up in total out of the achievement list of the website (xbox.com)

I got a total of: 10.620 (This is a fast count tho)

But i do miss some points in the list of achievements and even some games that i know of are missing. So the achievement page of xbox.com does not match the one out of my xbox 360 console. So i do worry that i will lose some games completly because of this
error from the website. I have this problem atleast now 3 weeks that i noticest it, maybe even longer i do not use the site alot.

So could you help fix this problem, i would hate losing some score because the sync system does not work properly.

Interesting, when I view your achievement list here, it shows those games listed:

account.xbox.com/.../Compare

If you are able to see those achievements there, that means the region you are viewing it in may not have updated with more recent titles.

You can also try changing your region for xbox.com through our
Default Region/Locale page.

Let me know if that shows up on the /en-US/ locale!

 

Yes it is intresting but it fixed the problem. When i changed it to United states while i am Netherlands i can see them all. But in Netherlands view mode even a old game like Avatar The Last Airbender is not shown in it. So that seems strange to me also
because it is very old game already.

But thank you this fixed my problem, why is it now fixed?

 

It seems like the Netherlands page may have not been updated with those games. If the Netherlands locale continues to show missing games in the future, switch over the United States locale to verify that the achievements show!

 

Okay well thank you for your help.It is sad that The Netherlands page is so far behind then but yea. I will do with this part of it.
