    Achievements do not pop up


    My achivements are not popping out when unlocked. the thing is they DO pop out on my xbox app, but not on xbox one itself. it happened before, but since i pay a lot of money for games and live services i would like this issue to be solved. thanks.

    Another problem.. the achievements lower even when I unlock a new one. Hmmm.. So in one game the achievements arent unlocking at all and overall even when I unlock something I go down with gamerscore. Wow.

    Achievements do not pop up on Xbox One

    I've noticed some achivements not popping up or they showed in the app a bit later but after playing Sunset Overdrive offline I am missing alot of achievements from that game. Have been waiting for over a week and still nothing.

    Had this myself & a hard reset seems to have sorted it.

    Hold the power button on the front of your console until it turns off.Unplug from the mains for 5 minutes then plug back in & restart your console.

    It may not sort out the issue for you but that's what worked for me so worth a try.

    Hello @EvanP_466!

    It could be just a glitch. However, we suggest preforming a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. This will reset the OS of your console and help prevent the issue from happening again without deleting your games or apps.

    Update:

    Tonight I was on Xbox and achievement notification were not popping again apart from 2 but they all unlocked perfectly fine but also a party notification from my friend did not pop up.

    Just notification over all seem to be intermittent from time to time.

    Achievements on Xbox One are broken and Microsoft needs to fix it. I agree it's super annoying because I have the same issue. Any achievements I unlock rarely ever pop the notification on screen. I have notifications turned on, signed into Live, hard reset,
    all other "solutions" I've read online. Nothing works. I know the achievement unlocks because it shows up instantly in Smartglass or in achievements hub. It's the notification that's broken.
