Achievements do not pop up on Xbox One

I've noticed some achivements not popping up or they showed in the app a bit later but after playing Sunset Overdrive offline I am missing alot of achievements from that game. Have been waiting for over a week and still nothing.

Achievements do not pop up

My achivements are not popping out when unlocked. the thing is they DO pop out on my xbox app, but not on xbox one itself. it happened before, but since i pay a lot of money for games and live services i would like this issue to be solved. thanks.

Xbox notification

When I unlock achievements the achievements didn't pop up on xbox one, but when I go to the achievements menu the achievements I unlocked were unlocked. Xbox one also didn't pop any other notification.

Another problem.. the achievements lower even when I unlock a new one. Hmmm.. So in one game the achievements arent unlocking at all and overall even when I unlock something I go down with gamerscore. Wow.

Hey there Im gettin WEIRD!

Sorry to hear about the achievement issues, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

First, from the Home screen, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller.
Select Settings and then scroll to the right. Under Other People, select Remove Accounts.
Choose the profile that you want to remove and select Choose this person.
Press and hold the power button on you Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
Once you console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
Power on your console and navigate to the achievement app and check to see if your achievements have unlocked.

If the achievements have not unlocked after trying the steps above, I recommend trying to earn the "high risk high reward" again to see if it unlocks. You can also try to earn a different achievement to see if if that achievement will unlock. For
the "Forza Lifestyle" achievement, I recommend trying to reach level 11 to see if the level 10 achievement will unlock. If you are unable to unlock the achievements after trying all of the listed steps, please let us know.

Sorry to hear that the issue continues, I can definitely understand your frustrations as these achievements may be difficult to earn again. Unfortunately you might not be able to unlock the Forza achievement because you no longer have the game. Sometimes
if an achievement doesn't pop, you can try to unlock a different achievement and that may unlock the achievement. If possible, try borrowing the game from a friend to see if you can reach level 11 or unlock another achievement in Forza. For the NHL achievement,
I recommend checking out a suggestion another user has posted on the TrueAchievements site. They were able to get the "high risk high reward"
achievement unlocked by trying this certain method.

Once again I am truly sorry to hear that the achievements have not unlocked. Please give the suggestions above a try and let us know if you were able to get the achievements to unlock.

Are you able to earn achievements at all? And you're just not seeing the notification pop up? Or are you saying that you aren't able to earn achievements at all?
