    As shown in the picture I get the error 'XblAchievementsManagerIsUserInitialized' (0x80004005) every time I unlock an achievement for the game Last Call BBS. I have "unlocked" five achievements now (Devious Downloader, Power Player, Ace Assembler, Treasure Hacker and Shrewd Splicer) and always does the same thing, soon as achievement is unlocked the error pops. Anyone have any idea of what it calling this, every time I tried contacting Microsoft support the chat windows would break.

    Hey, I was having this problem and fixed it by uninstalling the game and re-installing it on a new drive. I didn't loose any of my progress in the move, although afterwards occasionally the game wouldn't save progress. Fixes the crash and achievement not popping though. Although I'm not sure if there's a way for me to get the achievement for downloading all the games, as progress saved before the crash on that one. And as far as I'm aware there's no way to delete my save game in the cloud on Xbox Game Pass. So, that was my way to fix it but it's not flawless.

    I'm not Dethcomet, but I'm having the same issue. Windows 11. Does not happen when getting achievements in other games.

    I've tried all this and yeah it still doesn't work, im still getting weird lag. I've been told to get a repair but I know nothing on what to repair, im also seeing forums on reddit with heaps of people having the same problem.

    Refresh your purchase history if it is asking you to buy the episode again.

    Open Xbox Video > My Videos > Select Account Management > Press X
