    Achievements aren't unlocking


    So the last few days I haven't been able to obtain any achievements. I've tried obtaining multiple achievements across a few different games, even played Mass Effect: Andromeda for 6+ hours, and not a single achievement has been given to me. I am definitely
    online, and am definitely meeting the criteria to obtain said achievements, I mean completing the tutorial is one so I know I've definitely done that, multiple times now.

    Can anybody help me or know what's up with this?

    Hey y'all

    Achievements have been a big part of my gaming experience since I got my 360 11 years ago. I am proud of my gamerscore of 139k...

    For a few weeks now (I don't have the exact date).. whenever my last achievement was.. I have not been able to unlock any achievements in any game.

    I have targeted a few EASY achievements (my first rainbow in runbow, "no one cared who i was till i put on the mask" payday 2, "Dont even need it" rock band 4, get a headshot in superhot, Create a player via the lacrosse game in gamepass, getting ) to test
    when I have tried the following methods:

    I have removed my gamertag from this xbox and readded it..

    I have reset my xbox (unplugged power, let sit for minutes then replugged in and given time)

    I have changed internet sources, and have confirmed connectivity to the internet on both.

    Have gone to my achievements, clicked on all the options in all the games, turned on/off the tracker

    Logged in on my computer, my phone etc and looked into the achievements page.

    Idk what else to do, and the support chat was pretty vague and then told me to come here..

    My gamertag is

    Please help this gamer get back to those glorious achievements!

    UPDATE: I am able to get achievements on my windows PC games but NOT my xbox one games

    I did online and they told me to do a hard reset and wait 72 hours. They then said if that didnt work to contact the forums.. I am hoping by Monday the 72 hours will be cleared and it will work, but I had tried a reset before and it didnt work so I am
