    Achievements are not unlocking or progressing.


    I have been noticing that I have done the requirements for achievements and they have not been unlocking, this has been happening for about a week now, I have tried hard resetting my xbox, reinstalling my profile, and various other things and nothing is
    working.

    GamerScore -- unlocked achievements within games... i.e. progress further in Hexic and you may achieve/unlock and gain a greater score ;)

    Solution 2: Check your achievement progress online

    You can check the progress of your achievement online to verify that your console has synchronised with Xbox Live.

    To view your achievements online:

    1.Sign in at xbox.com and select Achievements.

    2.Select the title of the achievement you're trying to unlock.

    3.If the achievement appears under “Achievements,” it's already unlocked.

    If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully unlocked.

    D4 Achievements glitch.

    There are a total of 10 achievements that should have unlocked. There isn't even progress in the achievement app concerning those achievements.

    Try going to the Game Hub of the game you unlocked the Achievement for. Go to the Progress tab and look at the achievement you should've gotten- this might unlock it for you.
