Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

Yep, after trying like 50 times to get the Tiamat achievement in Neverwinter, finally earn it, been Done...Unlocking for weeks now. Would be nice to have some system/profile mechanism to kick loose the synchronization event or whatever needs to happen to
get the thing to pop. No need to bury this stuff permanently behind the UI curtain and make it so users can't self-help it.

 

I have few that are stuck on 100% locked. Been like it for 3 weeks now. Tried everything support have suggested and still no luck. A force sync feature needs to be implemented.

 

And still no response on what is being done about this issue.

I was having the same issues as you have all stated above. What fixed it for me was "Factory Resetting" the console (keep the games and apps) then downloading the profile and attempting the achievement(s) one more time. Hope this helps you guys out.

 

For many of us the "attempting the achievement(s) one more time" suggestion is not an option as they are earned through unique/non-repeatable events in a game or cumulative actions which cease to register once the trigger point has been achieved. For example,
in my case: Hitman - City of Light (reach level 20 mastery in Paris). I've done every challenge in Paris.

 

Well, i'm not sure what Microsoft/Xbox did, if they did anything, but my 2 in Diablo III that have been stuck since March 29th finally unlocked either last night or this morning while my console was off. And it seems that a lot of the other people had theirs
finally unlock as well, though a lot of them are saying the timestamps on them aren't correct, but at least they unlocked.

 

Mine unlocked yesterday too and when I checked my personal feed I had to scroll all the way down... when I eventually found it, it said that it unlocked 41 days ago. I found that quite amusing, as the history books now tell a different story. In other words,
apart from my relentless grumblings here there is no evidence of the 41 days of torment before it finally unlocked for real. Anyway, it made me very happy because I now have completed Hitman, until, that is, the episode 3 is released.

 

Has any Xbox moderator answered this question? I have the same issue really annoying.
