Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

Same for me one cheevo from WRC5 is still at done unlocking since 2 days and Microsoft does not fix this *** since xboxone release but he bring new features every few week wow

M$ before you bring new features fix all day one features to work 100%

 

I've got 2 achievements in Diablo III: Reaper of Souls that are like this. What sucks is one of them actually popped when it was supposed but the other didn't. I tried to redo the requirements and now both says they are 100% done, but still locked.

This problem has plagued the One since it launched and it still hasn't been fixed. And none of the solutions given by MS Support work.

 

So, have this been fixed? I will try to test again today. By the way, do not try to use the guidance of the sticky achievement guidance, it might mess up your game sync as this ALSO is having issues in XBXLive.

 

Till Tuesday I have met the requirements from two Achievements. It Shows as 100% But it is locked.

 

Same for me. I have 3 achievements in Minecraft Story Mode Episode 5 that are stuck at 100%. All 3 say "Done... Unlocking", and it's been around 4 days now

 

Just adding my 2 cents that I am also having this "Done...Unlocking" problem with an achievement from Batman: Arkham Knight.

 

Adding my problem to the pile that I see here already l have 3 achievements that are Done! Unlocking but aren't Unlocked! and these are on fallout 4

 

This issue persists, and nothing has been done so far. It probably started on March 29th, with the Xbox Achievement outage, and it has been dragging to this day.

I am afraid to play other games, as they might experience the same achievement issue... So I am not sure what I should do, as Xbox does not have a support team.

this sticky thread and verify you've followed all steps.

Once you've verified the steps please fill out the survey near the end so that we can pass your information over to the appropriate teams. We don't have an ETA as to when you'll see your achievement unlock but be sure to keep an eye out. Thanks everyone!

The reason I started this thread is because I've tried all of these steps AND I've contacted live support and heard the same thing from them. I'm angered that XBOX Support is unable to fix this issue that so many people are having, when I was talking to
Support they referred me to the same guides and told me to fill out a survey.

Over 2 months later and my problem still isn't fixed. Not only do I feel like playing XBOX is a waste of time now but I feel as if XBOX Support doesn't care about their customers. The amount of times I heard, "Well we can't fix your issue" from live support
is unbelievable. I do hope in the near future this issue goes to someone higher up so something can finally get done about it.

Unfortunately we don't have an ETA on when your particular achievement issue will clear up but so long as you filled out the survey the appropriate teams are made aware of your trouble. We appreciate your patience, sometimes Achievements will pp without
notifying so be sure to check on the the achievements regularly.

 

I am in complete agreement with Jolly ol Nathan.

Some people have been suffering from this issues for months and it has been a problem since the console launched. The fact that there isn't a fix for it by now is what is incredibly frustrating.

And all we ever hear back from Support is the same cut and paste instructions to follow that are given for every problem, then its fill out this survey, and then wait, and continue to wait while nothing ever seems to get done.

Something is obviously wrong with the X1s software/firmware since this is an issue with the achievement function, not the the games themselves. Adding to this is the problem where notifications do not pop up either when achievements are unlocking.

When it comes down to it, a forced sync needs to be done on each gamer's profile. It was how things like this were fixed on the 360. So with all the new console updates that have been rolling out, why not add a Force Sync button on the dashboard, in doing
so maybe there won't be dozens of threads a day added where people are complaining about this problem.

 

Once an achievement reached 100% and they stay lock, that is an "Achievement ban" tons of players are the victim of "Achievement Ban".

 

Never heard of an achievement ban. Not saying you're wrong just hope this isn't the case.

 

I have two achievements that I finished the requirements of on Killer Instinct (I was playing on Windows 10, but it shares the same list as the Xbox One version).

"Stylish Arbiter" and "Survival Arbiter" I have complete at least 5 times each, but neither will unlock. I got them when there supposedly was a service outage on the 29th of March, but now they are stuck and won't unlock.....
