    Achievements are not popping at the bottom of my screen


    Hi

    Over the past week now my achievements are not popping at the bottom of my screen, it is like I have turned off the notifications.

    I haven't.

    I have tried everything I can but it doesn't fix it. I have even contacted support but they can't seem to fix it either. I was told it was because of the latest update on the Xbox One S that had over a week ago.

    Please Microsoft fix this issue as I like seeing them pop up.

    "New Followers" Notification is Not Working For Me

    There is an option for it, but I am assuming terminology is mixed, you get notified in the activity feed, not as a notification that pops up like an achievement at the bottom of the screen, that's always been the case.

    Hello StainableNut279,

    Other players had reported this issue a while back and they were all able to get the achievement to pop by closing down the game and then restarting the game. By closing, they meant that you have to grab the open game at the top of the screen and drag it
    down to the bottom of the screen and then hold it there until it flips around. Then, when you re-launch the game, it should automatically pop the achievement when the game reconnects to Xbox Live.

    Please let us know if this doesn't help pop the achievement for you.

    Just tried everything you listed, still got the error, I don't see any codes that pop up with it, just the dialog at the bottom of the screen that states"Can't Download Ninja Gaiden Black", how do I see codes? Or would they just pop up with this dialog
