    Achievements Are gone,but the history is still there


    I recently deleted my profile, and then re-downloaded it. I just deleted my profile and nothing else. had over 20,000 gamer points and they are all gone. All of my progress is on my hard drive, but every time I try to play a game it starts brand new. Achievements
    I have already Achieved are popping up again. So basically the progress is there but my Xbox 360 will not recognize it, so I'm starting all over again.

    World is gone but still there

    ok so I was playing on my Xbox live account and I decided to play Minecraft Xbox 360 edition so I signed out and I went to my account that doesn't have Xbox live also my hard drive was still connected so I started the game and I noticed the game was updated
    cause I was so use to the original version so I played on one of my worlds and I put some stuff like beacons on there and I saved the game and the next day I came back and the update was gone and my world was blank and when I started playing the update was
    missing so I went to my world and everything was gone so I instantly thought it was cause my hard drive wasn't connected so I connected it but it was still a different world then I signed into my Xbox live account and still wasn't right so I checked my memory
    unit and it said I still have in there cause it's pretty big about 10MBS and it was still there with the memory in there so can anyone please help me find a way to go back to my previous save on this world before I did the update?

    The ban was gone but the effects are still there

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    That is very odd behaviour. Was your console connected to Live when you originally earned those achievements?

    Achievement History Gone

    Hi! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community and hope you are doing well!

    I am seeing other gamers experiencing the same problem but I am not sure if it is a known issue already since there are no service alert on Xbox Live status page right now, link for reference https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    And it seems you have tried to troubleshoot it already, can you try checking online to see if your achievements will show up? Try signing in your account here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status and go to "Achievements" tab. If yours is showing on the page, the problem could be on the console only.

    I suggest to also try removing and adding your profile from your console if you haven't tried yet, but make sure to note what email address you are using for your gamertag so there will be no problems adding it back. If you have your email with you, you may follow the steps here on this link to remove and add your profile https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro...

    Once done, turn off your console, try to unplug all wires and wait 2 minutes at least before you plug it back. After 2 minutes, plug all wires and turn on your console then add your account back.

    I hope this helps somehow but feel free to post back here in the community if there are still problems. We will try with the best of our knowledge to offer further assistance.

    yes. for some reason when I downloaded my profile almost all of the achievements and all of the download history are gone!

    Hey there! A good way to check if they are gone or not is to check your Achievement history over the website. If you don't see the achievements there, then the only way to get them back will be to re-earn them.
