Achievements are broken

I am unable to look at my achievements on the web (xbox.com) on the Xbox One, or even on my phone. Everywhere I look, I get an error message. I have talked to "support" with no luck, and was told to post in forums. This has made gameplay terrible. Please
fix my account GT:

When I go into a game, none of the achievements even show for ANY game. I have other profiles on the xbox one and they have no issue with achievements. Must be on Microsoft Xbox server end.

I've completed multiple achievements on multiple games and they all still say locked, i've power cycled, reset, uninstalled my profile and installed it back, cleared cache, literally everything. My account is basically not syncing with xbox live and it hasn't
been doing it since the beginning of february apparently.

My achievements are not working either. I noticed this 12 hours ago and may have been going on for the last 24 hours.

I hope Microsoft is aware of this.

Same here, other profiles on my xbox are fine but my account isn't.

Gives me an error code that when I input to the help page it says doesn't exist :/

Same here. The following has been this way since at least 24 hours ago.

When I try to access the Achievements app I get a black screen that says something went wrong. The error code 0x87c40011 is being shown.

When running a game, and trying to snap the Achievement app it tells me to check back later and returns the error code 0x87c47500.

To make things worse, I just beat one of the last bosses in a game and was supposed to get an achievement but nothing unlocked. The game did save progress however. So when I continue, the game starts after this particular boss battle. I'm really hoping I
don't need to replay 10 hours of this game to get this achievement.

Oh, I just tried with the account of my daughter on the same console, and the Achievement app and snap is working fine. It seems to be just my account on this console.

 

I've been having the same issue. Either an achievement will list as unlocked in my achievements, but won't actually unlock (ie it says "Done! Unlocking...") or it won't unlock at all. This has been happening for me since MCC came out and I assumed it was
just one of the many issues with the release of the game, but now I'm hearing that it's actually Xbox Live. So I guess I'm just wondering if and when a fix is coming that will let me access achievements.

UPDATE: My achievements app no longer opens at all...I tried chatting with Support and it came back with an error message. Is this being looked into?

 

I'm happy to report it's been fixed for me since the 17th. I logged in quite late so I'm not sure about the time frame. All is working as it should and while the achievement I unlocked was still "unlocking", it fixed itself the day after. Even the unlock
date is correct.

Did the fix just happen by itself or was it with Xbox Support? because I am getting the 0x87c47500 error code for several games/apps where I didn't get the achievements I was supposed to have gotten them in. I even deleted all my saved data but that didn't
work. I don't know what to do.
