    Achievements appearing in the wrong language (only in Call Of duty 2) Xbox 360


    So, this is an issue I have had since I started playing Call Of Duty 2, the friggin achievements appear in Japanese/ Korean, can't really tell the difference. But only when viewed on the xbox, not online or on the xbox mobile app, there they are in English.

    This have only happened on Call Of Duty 2, and I have all COD games for Xbox 360. Already contacted Microsoft and Actvision's support, and neither of them could resolve this issue. It was even Microsoft that recommended me to ask the community!

    I live in Sweden, And both the settings on my Xbox live account and on my Xbox 360 has Sweden as country.

    Also, I play on a disc that was bought pre owned from internet, if that matters.

    Does anyone else have this really darn weird issue? Or is it just me?

    Achievement language appears to be derived from your IP address and where in the world it says you are. If the game in question has no registered version in your region's language it will pick random one and this is what happened to you I guess.

    Unfortunately this is an old game and I don't think they will patch it anytime soon.

    I understand how that can be confusing. Never had the issue so can't help though. I would love for that to be an option. Enable random achievement language mode 🤣

    Sadly, if Customer Support or Activision Support couldn't help in this matter there is nothing that can be done. I read about someone else having similar issues that your facing and at least it is showing correct on the Xbox App or online. Sorry about
    this.
