Achievements app

Discus and support Achievements app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am facing problems with achievements, was advised to post here by xbox support.     Achievements app


    I am facing problems with achievements, was advised to post here by xbox support.

    On numerous games, achievements just don't unlock or show progress. Or, they may say Done...Unlocking! but never actually unlock and reset back to 0.

    I have tried all the usual fixes and connection is fine.

    Actual resolutions welcome.

    Bug - Unable To Remove Achievements App from My Stuff

    I'm unable to unpin the Achievements apps from My Stuff after NXOE update. I had pinned the Achievements app before the NXOE update and now after the update I'm unable to unpin the app.

    Steps

    1. Pin the Achievements app before the NXOE update.
    2. Update to NXOE.
    3. After the update is successful, select the Achievements and then unpin the app.
    4. Observe how nothing happens when you try to unpin the Achievements app.
    Expected Results

    The Achievements app should be removed when the user unpins the app.

    is it an actual Game achievement or an App achievement. The app achievement do not add to your gamer score, they're kind of pointless

    The problem is with the tracking inside the XBOX One Achievements app (not the True Achievements app).

    Null Achievements

    The achievements for Netflix was for the old app which had been released when the Xbox One was launched. Now the app has been updated (countless times), the achievements are no longer supported on the app.

    D4 Achievements glitch.

    There are a total of 10 achievements that should have unlocked. There isn't even progress in the achievement app concerning those achievements.
