Achievements app wont open - error code 0x87c40011

Im still having problems where my achievements wont pop after completing them. I just beat HALO 2 on legendary, got all the toys, and all the skulls. The skulls achievement popped but non of the others did. The two toy achievements say they are unlocking
on my xbox one but its not even showing that I beat HALO 2 on legendary and all the achievements that go along with it.

Hi, have been unable to connect to any parties, receive any party invites, join online games or access any online game functions and downloaded games keep crashing. I was reffered here by FearedNightmare and he said you could help. Also my gamer picture
does not appear anywhere, it's just a grey/white box where it should be

 

Also, I get error code 0x87c40011 when I try to join parties or games and I just can't select online functions in games - it's like I'm playing offline. I've done loads of hard resets, powercycles and have deleted my account on my xbox one and reinstalled
it's still not fixed

Just bought the One yesterday and it has been very glitchy.

When i try to view acheveiments i get 0x87c40011. when i try to view the leader boad i get 0x87c40000.

Its has disconnected me from party chat and game aswell

done the hard reset

background is soild

switched from wireless to wired connection.

checked connection and all is well within ranges. ive had a few other errors but didnt wrtie them down. Is this normal for a new console?

 

Same here. Getting the 0x87c40011 error. Achievements and characters once unlocked no longer so. It has been this way for two days. Also, getting lots of "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues" messages. Really tired of seeing this.
It has been like this with ALL xbox one games. Any chance of getting to actually play a game I've paid for? Should have gone with ps4.
