Achievements app not working

Getting the error code 0x87c40011 and do not have access to the achievement app plus no achievement are popping when they should be?

Tried hard rebooting and signing out of the account with no success.

Not a good week with Halo MCC issues and now this.

 

Just got this same error code 0x87c40011 as-well. Saw the xbox live service alert maybe that could be something to do with it?

 

I got the error code 0x87c40011 couldn't see my achievements my games install slower and can't watch Netflix on my Xbox one, but I can on my 360. I factory reset my Xbox one and still get the error code

 

Live service alert shows that the affected platform is Xbox 360 only for the past four hours. Not seeing any live service alert for Xbox One at the moment. Even that, the update says it's for issues with Titanfall matchmaking, and apparently that has been
resolved. Live status still shows red but as I mentioned, no mention of anything being worked on for Xbox One's achievement issues.

I do not believe that any one is working to resolve the issues we're facing at the moment because there simply aren't enough people providing feedback about it.

 

Hi again all. My achievements all unlocked last night, it was quite the show, almost like winning the achievement lottery A solid 5 minutes of achievement notifications. I can now view my achievement app and compare games with friends once again too and
no longer get the error code.

So what did I do to get it working again? Nothing, I just waited for Support to fix it like they said they would.

 

I think you simply fail to understand why it frustrates. There are simply too many times that one is required to "wait for support". Just the last week alone, we had to wait for support twice in the space of 3-4 days. If 24-48 hours is what you need to wait
each time, and assuming one waits the full 48 hours each time, that'd be 4 days of waiting time in a week just to wait for achievements to unlock. That is unacceptable service however you see it. Whatever "support" fixes is not fixed permanently, and you'd
never know when you'd get another shock.

It's great you had your achievement lottery moment. But I've not had mine and it's approximately 31 hours now. That's 17 hours more to the magical time frame of 48 hours.

I hope he has had his lottery moment by now. I really do.

 

I do understand why it frustrates. I'm a gamer just like you. I get annoyed when things don't work just like you and behind this screen and keyboard I cuss and moan when I can't get what I've paid for just like everyone else. But with that said there really
isn't anything I can do about it when a member of support says 'we're working on it' I've just got to trust that they'll get the fix done and apply it as soon as possible. So yes, I understand your frustration I really do.

Now this might just be a complete coincidence but I did do something yesterday about 10 minutes before my achievements started to pop that I didn't put in my previous post because I forgot I did it. You can try it but please don't take this as a fix as I'm
not sure it had anything to do with the problem. I changed my background back to solid black. 10 minutes later all my achievements started to pop.

 

All of the above for me too! Code and all!! Hope it is fixed sooner then later.....

Can people please start their own topics if they are in need of help and advice? Since this topic has had a verified answer Ambassadors and Support staff are less likely to open it. Thus resulting in your issue never getting seen.

 

Same here with the error message...and I agree support is not on this or isnt aware this is issue. This is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. ITS UNACCEPTABLE! !!!

 

Just an update: my issue wasn't resolved after the magical time frame of 48 hours.

I've been on twitter with support for over a day or so. It's like ping pong, tweeting to-and-fro without any real solution. I hope something good will come out of it eventually.

Same issue, started while playing Shadow of Mordor. After spending ~4 hours on the phone with Xbox support, we have confirmed that it IS an account issue, not related to the console hardware/software, or connectivity issues.

All achievements for XB360 are visible still, but whenever I try to access the achievements app on Xbox One I get the error code "0x87c40011".

Tech support said that they are aware of the issues and trying to resolve it, but has no timeline on how long it will take.
