    Achievements APP not loading my achievements


    After the last console update (20/2/16) The achievements application on my xbox one will not load my achievement list. It says "Play games to earn achievements."

    I have a large gamerscore after 8 years on xbox live and this is devastating. I can access my achievements on the xbox.com website however they do not show up on my console. Friends also see my list as having no achievements, however they can all see my
    gamerscore.

    Just freaking out a little that my achievements will disappear!!! It seems to be an issue with the latest update. please help!

    I am not able to see my achievements on my xbox one and smartphone app

    Guys, I can see my achievements on xbox.com but not on my xbox one and smartphone app, its just keep loading and no achievements are shown. Someone please help.. Achievements APP not loading my achievements :(

    Xbox App - App freezes whenever I click on "Achievements"

    I also hit the same issue. It's not just loading Achievements for me, I randomly have the app become unresponsive whenever it's loading data e.g. achievements, or friends' profiles, etc.

    Beta app doesn't fix it - happens there too. For some reason it only seems to happen on one of my machines - the other doesn't hang in either the beta or normal app at all.

    Have the same problem since Thursday. First I had the same message as topic starter. Since the update it says: "get your game on" I've contacted support last Friday but they couldn't help me. I did about everything. Hard reset. Removing my account, factory
    reset. This seems to be a bug on Microsoft's side. Please fix it. It's very annoying

    Achievements APP not loading my achievements

    I just got Xbox One and noticed this exact issue the same week. Glad to see its not just my xbox but would hope to see Microsoft looking to fix this issue

    I have the same problem. I believe achievements are stored on the cloud server so this is an issue at Microsoft's end and only they can fix it.

    I have the same problem. I believe achievements are stored on the cloud server so this is an issue at Microsoft's end and only they can fix it.
