    Achievements and profile data gone?


    To whom it may concern

    I have had this profile with Xbox for 8 years now with the release of gear 5 I was absent for a while and have just realised that I have achievements missing from games also data saves???? Mainly concerned over my gears of war collection as gears 1 and 2
    have no achievements and all data is gone this is very disappointing as it's like I never even played them.... with the fact they where complete in every way??? Where has it gone??? Also missing parts of gears 3 due to these issues?? Can somebody explain why
    this has happened as I said it seems they are not the only games affected by this and want my data profiles back along with achievements.....

    I have checked games over xbox live... it's like I've never even played them??? And xbox one since day one.... but a bunch of games are messed up? When it comes to achievements.... everything should be synchronised as surely they would be correct over live
    website?

    Did you always play online or change from 360 to One? because your profile may not be synchronized

    None of this works.... It has to be server side... I don't even know when it occurred? Very strange it's like never even played the gears 1&2 plus other game achievements gone randomly??? Just checked with my friends list as well it's like my friends haven't
    even played gears 1&2 not sure if they noticed any changes yet? But ask all who see this to check these games gears 1&2 May be a bigger problem....

    Hey,

    Try a hard reset or deleting and re-adding your profile back to your Xbox account.

    If that doesn't work a factory reset might be the key.

    A hard reset may solve this problem.

    Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable.

    Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console.
