Achievements and game stats not being tracked?!

I have not been able to unlock achievements in over a week and the Xbox One is no longer tracking my game stats. For example, I've put in over 6 hours in Far Cry Primal, yet my Game Hub tells me I have not done anything. As such, no achievements have been
unlocked. The games themselves work just fine, but no stats are tracked and achievements cannot be unlocked. I have tried everything Support has suggested, like disconnecting and reconnecting to the router, deleting and reloading my profile, power cycling
ect. No luck. I can no longer play on my Xbox One as nothing is tracked.

Anyone have any idea what is going on? All help will be much appreciated.

Do achievements carry over from X360 for games on both X360 & X1?

I think the BF4 multiplayer Achievements unlocked on the X1 because of the stats migration, as it knew you had met the requirements for them.

All my BF4 multiplayer Achievements unlocked after it copied my 360 stats across, but none of my 360 single player Achievements unlocked on the X1, which is why I believe it was due to the stats being copied.

Had the same problem for over two months without realizing it. Things I tried: Having a friend download my profile and attempt to earn a single achievement, download a friend's profile to my Xbox and attempt to earn an achievement, delete my profile from
my Xbox, factory reset (don't know about this), and finally went to my storage and deleted all of my saves (only one game tested as of this post) from the console/ cloud. This last step seemed to fix the issue for the one game I've tested so far.

 

Also, when my friend downloaded my profile it retroactively updated some of my game stats across the board which is odd.
