Achievements and game statistics are not tracking

    Achievements and game statistics are not tracking


    I have been having issues with game statistics and achievements not tracking correctly for four days now. I have carried out all recommended steps including removing account, power cycling the xbox and reinstalling my account.

    First noticed this when Stardew Valley didn't award me the achievement for upgrading my house. I have now met the requirements for 2 other achievements in game and they haven't unlocked either. I initially thought this was a bug with the game that the developer
    patch would resolve, but it hasn't. The actual in game statistics show that I have met the requirements, but the tracker statistic in the achievements section of Xbox One are frozen on the same number from 4 days ago - e.g. I have caught roughly 150 fish in
    game, but the stats on xbox one show I have only caught 51.

    I have subsequently tried this out with two other games that were brand new to my profile - Overcooked and Battlefield 1.

    Overcooked shows that I have played for 1 hr and 30 minutes, but every other stat is at 0

    Battlefield 1 I played for 30 mins in an online game and reached rank2. Xbox one stats say I am rank 0

    I have attached a screengrab from the xbox app on my pc to show what I mean. You can see that I have played a reasonable chunk of time in Overcooked, but every other stat is zero.

    To re-iterate, I have followed every step that has been suggested, even going to TrueAchievements.com which shows that my last activity on my xbox was 18 December.

    What statistics are you asking about?

    Game specific statistics, or Xbox Live service statistics like Achievements, tenure, playing time for parental statistics?

    Oh you don't need to sign in to view those achievements, though. You can still view comments and tips for every achievement without signing in. Able to check them out?

    If all three of these achievements aren't tracking at all, you either haven't met the requirements while in online mode with this console, or something is up with your network, causing the console to be unable to sync the achievements to the Cloud. The survey
    wouldn't be really appropriate for 0% on achievements, unfortunately.

    What are you detailed network statistics showing? They're found at settings>network>detailed network statistics. Achievements and game statistics are not tracking :)

    You can take a look at how much time you spent on a game in the achievement app.

    How to get the "Good to be King" new achievement?

    Solution has been found for this: Reset Statistics. This will reset all statistics except Daily Challenges and Star Clubs to zero. All achievements and badges associated with Daily Challenges will be kept. Once you reset the statistics, quit the game, restart
    the game, and go straight to Pyramid and Tri-Peak to get this achievement. MAKE SURE YOU FINISH ALL OTHER STATS ASSOCIATED ACHIEVEMENT BEFORE RESETTING STATISTICS!
